Our Process

  • The first step is to detach and label all removable doors and drawers from the boxes. All components will be taken to our finishing shop to be completed before reinstallation.

  • Any surface that will be finished is thoroughly cleaned with water-based products, sanded, then cleaned again

  • Any surface that will not be painted will be covered to avoid any dust or overspray. Floors, counters, and walls will all be covered with paper or plastic. Plastic walls will be placed surrounding the area. The area inside the walls will be ventilated to eliminate all fumes and overspray

  • Our in house finishers will set up all equipment within the masked areas to prime and finish all onsite components

  • At our shop, our finishers will follow the same process of preparing the removed components.

  • All of the masking will be removed and the uninstalled components will be reaffixed
